Akhal-Teke

           The motherland of Akhal-Teke is Turkmeniya, where durring 3000 years from a generation to a generation kept horse-breeding secrets. An original peculiarity of a horse constitution and a faculty of work under a scorching sun created by ages. Akhal-Tekes are magnificent, charm by a majestic beauty, have a slim neck, a graceful head and an expressive eyes. The Akhal-Teke horse have a particular lightness and grandeur. Primary colours are: light or dark bay, gold with white or black mane and black with a white mane. These horses have a one very important peculiarity - very fast recover their force after a work.

             Tales and legends created about them. There is one of it: the grang bay racer AKHAL has no equals on races. Then men chose a falcon (bird) as an opponent of the horse. But the horse won in unusual competitions. Since that time men began to name horses of this breed as birds. The famous horse's race Ashkhabad-Moscow (4300 kilometres) was happend in summer 1935.
